Purchases on housebook.life

Purchases on housebook.life are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. If you are not happy with Premium, write to hello@housebook.life within 14 days of a payment and we will refund it in full — no questions asked. This includes the first payment of a subscription, a renewal, and an unused gift code.

• When a subscription payment is refunded, Premium for the household ends immediately.
• When a gift is refunded, the gift year is removed from the household that activated it.
• Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; the current paid period is not refunded automatically after the 14 days, and Premium stays active until it ends.

EU and UK consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. By starting Premium immediately you request that the service begins during the withdrawal period; our 14-day refund above covers this right in full.

Purchases in the App Store or Google Play

Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Request them at reportaproblem.apple.com or in your Google Play order history.
